Located in the city of Costa Mesa, California, our warm and comfortable house is tucked away in a nice neighborhood at the very end of a cul-de-sac just one mile from the coast of Newport Beach, California. Keystone-1 has wood floors, granite counters in the kitchen, a living room with flat-screen TV, WIFI, and a house computer & printer to help with job searches and resumes.  There are three tiled bathroom & showers, three shared bedrooms and a granny unit with its own kitchen. In addition, there is a large backyard with two avocado trees, lemon tree & orange tree and a barbecue. Keystone-1 is within walking distance to the Costa Mesa Alano Club, where A.A. and N.A meetings occur every hour. The house is also located within walking distance to many businesses offering potential employment.
